A
belt press is ideal for dewatering sludge. AJM's range of Belt Press includes
equipment suitable for the dewatering of sludge produced from DAF, Clarifiers,
Activated Sludge and Sedimentation processes. A volume reduction of up
to 97% can be achieved. All AJM belt press are manufactured in stainless
steel as a standard. The belt press range includes three models with varying
drainage lengths and roller configuration. All belt presses are of heavy
duty construction, for treating 500 L/h through to 80 m3/h of sludge. |

AJM's range of Filter Presses process a variety of sludges and slurries.
Volume reduction of up to 97% can be achieved. Four main models are available;
these include manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic units. Capacities
from range from 10 L to 5000 L with plate sizes ranging from 300mm to

Decanter Centrifuges are a high performance de-watering machine available
in either co-current or counter current design. The units can handle flow
rates ranging from 1 - 80 m3/h. Automatic operation of the machine is
achieved by using an electro-hydraulically driven scroll and our proprietary
EMR differential controller. |

The
HUBER RoS3 Rotary Dewatering Press is a screw press used for sludge dewatering.
The Rotary Dewatering Press is ideal for small applications used extensively
for the dewatering of septic sludges. Capacity ranges from 2 - 12 m3/h.
The unit consists of a wedge wire drum and internal screw. The outlet
of the machine contains a dewatering cone, which can be automated for
certain applications. The entire unit is enclosed in a stainless steel
main case with inspection hatches. All aerosols are contained. |

Paunch Press is a screw press designed specifically to handle paunch grass
from abattoirs. The units are in stainless steel construction. Up to 70
cows per hour can be processed through a single machine (or 2000 kg/h).
The paunch is dewatered to 40% dry solids, which represents a volume reduction
of 80%. |

Manure Dewatering
The GS Strainpress is a machine that dewaters manure streams from stalls
that contain animals. The main advantage of the unit is that it is automatically
self-regulated. This allows the machine to handle varying feed solids
without any adjustment. The GS Strainpress will dewater manure without
chemical addition to 35% dry solids, which represents a volume reduction
of up 80%. |
